Responsibilities

Develops and maintains workforce dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor staffing trends and labor utilization.
Analyses workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Develops workforce forecasts and capacity-planning analyses to support current and future staffing needs.
Partners with leaders to interpret data and support data-driven workforce and resource allocation decisions.
