Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking two Talent Acquisition Partners to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with leaders, build pipelines, and create strategies to attract top talent for our healthcare system.

You’ll engage both active and passive candidates, develop recruitment campaigns, leverage data and analytics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience as we expand our workforce to better serve our communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting processes simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates with creative strategies.
• Develop pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill positions.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to create a seamless candidate experience.
