Job summary

Logan Health is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Kalispell, Montana with two onsite, full-time Talent Acquisition Partners. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with leaders to fill hard-to-fill roles and build strong pipelines for the healthcare system.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive sourcing, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, while aligning with organizational workforce initiatives and strategic hiring plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting processes simultaneously.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and internal partners.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and build hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates with proactive strategies.
• Develop pipelines for high-demand, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build relationships and provide a responsive candidate experience.
• Consult with leaders on recruiting trends and market conditions.
• Use recruiting data to evaluate results and adjust strategy.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, marketing and operations to ensure seamless experience.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.
