Job summary

Campfire in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead our most complex customer implementations and strengthen how implementations are delivered across the team.

You will partner with finance leaders and technical teams to deploy the platform across intricate accounting environments, ensuring financial workflows, reporting structures, and data migrations are implemented accurately. This role is office-based in SF.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex software implementations.
• Deep knowledge of accounting processes and financial workflows.
• CPA or equivalent experience in financial systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure platform to align with clients' workflows and reporting.
• Oversee data migrations from ERP/GL and validate accuracy.
• Lead testing and validation of workflows and configurations.
• Identify risks early and drive resolutions.
• Serve as senior point of contact for customers and escalation resource.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
• Improve implementation playbooks and migration approaches.
• Ensure smooth transition to Customer Experience after go-live.
