Job summary

Abhito Llc in San Francisco is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to own the full customer journey—from technical sales demos to hands-on implementation and long-term success. This onsite role reports to the co-founder and CEO and requires strong stakeholder management.

You will run discovery calls, onboard customers end-to-end, train on integration, build scalable processes, and help translate feedback into the product roadmap. A fast-growing fintech startup with construction sector focus.

Qualifications

1–5 years in a customer-facing role in consulting or customer success, implementation, ERP integrations, or solutions engineering at a VC-backed startup.
1+ year at a VC-backed startup, top consulting firm, or elite company.
Strong project management skills — comfortable managing 30+ implementations simultaneously.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot methodically or strong aptitude to learn technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery calls and product demos with prospects, acting as the technical expert.
Own customer onboardings end-to-end from sales handoff through full implementation.
Configure the product to meet each customer's specific needs and train on integration.
Build strong relationships, identify churn risks, and surface upsell opportunities.
Manage 30+ concurrent implementations with detailed plans, timelines and milestones.
Troubleshoot issues with product and engineering teams; elevate risks to cofounders for resolution.
Translate customer feedback into product roadmap input.
