Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Massachusetts seeks a Pre-sales Solution Engineer for our DELMIAWORKS ERP team. You will partner with sales to tailor solutions, run in-depth product demonstrations, and translate customer needs into technical requirements.

You will develop POC demonstrations, support the sales team, collaborate with product and implementation teams, and travel as required. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $170,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3–5 years pre‑sales/technical sales experience in ERP (MES/MOM/WMS/QMS).
Experience with manufacturing companies and ERP systems.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
Strong technical problem‑solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to understand prospect requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Conduct in‑depth product demonstrations and presentations showcasing ERP capabilities.
Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and customers.
Develop and deliver proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
Translate customer needs into technical requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, presentations, white papers, and competitive analyses.
Provide training and support to the sales team on product features.
Collaborate with project managers to create accurate scopes of work for implementation.
