Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking an ERP and Software Automation Project Specialist to support project managers by executing day-to-day PM tasks and leading small projects under supervision. Qualifications

• Associate degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with progress toward a PMP or equivalent credential preferred.
• Minimum of one year of progressive project-management experience leading high-impact, cross-functional technology projects.
• Provide own transportation for local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, task lists, and action registers; update status and flag slippage.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture decisions and action items, and distribute minutes.
• Organize requirement-gathering sessions and document stakeholder input using approved templates.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, UAT, and go-live events.
• Track team capacity, vacations, and resource shifts; alert the manager to conflicts.
• Compile status reports, KPI snapshots, and variance charts for review.
• Monitor risk and issue logs; elevate blockers with context.
• Maintain and version-control project documentation and templates.
• Independently manage small, well-defined projects with supervision.
