Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking an ERP & Software Automation Project Specialist to support project managers by executing day-to-day tasks, maintaining schedules, and organizing information across cross-functional teams at Clinton, NY.

The role requires an associate degree, CAPM progress toward PMP, and at least one year of project-management experience, with travel to local facilities as needed. You will help manage documentation, risks, and communications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in information systems, computer science or related field.
• CAPM with progress toward PMP preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive project-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, task lists, and action registers and flag slippage.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture decisions, distribute minutes.
• Organize requirement sessions and document stakeholder input.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, UAT, and go-live events.
• Track capacity, resource shifts, and risk/issue logs; escalate blockers.
