Job summary

IP Corporation seeks a Senior Developer / SDET for ERP Systems to lead automation initiatives and improve ERP quality across the enterprise. You will design scalable testing frameworks, work with developers and ERP administrators, and drive CI/CD practices to ensure reliable, mission-critical business applications.

The role requires strong programming and testing skills, expertise in ERP environments, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to modernize enterprise software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of software development and software testing experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise ERP systems (Infor ERP preferred).
• Experience designing automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines from the ground up.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade automated testing frameworks for ERP applications and integrated business systems.
• Lead the development of automation frameworks and testing standards from the ground up.
• Partner with software developers to integrate quality engineering throughout the SDLC.
• Validate ERP configurations, workflows, and enterprise business processes.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and quality.
