Job summary

ApplicantPool seeks an experienced ERP analyst to plan, conduct and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Collaboration with Finance and IT will drive the global design and deployment of ERP applications across the organization.

You will provide end-user support in finance and supply chain, develop system specifications, and lead initiatives that improve processes and productivity, influencing teams and users beyond routine tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a major ERP such as Oracle EBS, Fusion or SAP including AP, FA and Expense reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated, enterprise-wide systems in manufacturing settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems, to be solved with automated systems. Collaborates with Finance and IT in the global design, implementation, development, and deployment of the organization's Enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. Provides functional guidance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. Actively strives for continuous process improvement and productivity. Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Provides support to end-users in finance and supply chain by research, analysis, testing and problem resolution. Work is of significant nature to the business and requires this position to influence at team and user levels. Works beyond routine nature of tasks utilizing specialized knowledge and technology.Company currently on Oracle R12 and is in the process of implementing SAP S/4 HANA public cloud.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Minimum of five years of experience working with a major ERP such as Oracle EBS or Fusion or SAP including AP, FA and Expense reporting
• Advanced working knowledge of specific business function(s) experience preferred
• Advanced working knowledge of integrated, enterprise-wide business systems, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft office products
• College degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred

Skills:

• Advanced skill level working with ERP systems like Oracle EBS/Fusion or SAP.
• Experience with GL, Intercompany, Inventory, AR, and Purchasing business processes is preferred, but not mandatory
• SAP experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Treasury experience in cash management, cash forecasting, cash reconciliation, bank fee analysis, banking relationships, bank account administration etc is a plus
