Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment.
• Forklifts and material handling equipment with valid certification.
• Ability to process shipments, receive goods, and maintain inventory records.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management and transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare and package outgoing finished goods and raw materials for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report findings.
