Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Muskegon, MI is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing manufacturing-focused network. You will accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and prepare shipments to meet carrier specifications.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in shipping/receiving, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, forklift ability, and strong attention to detail. This on-site role offers room for growth within a dynamic West Michigan manufacturing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years experience in shipping/receiving in manufacturing.
Proficient with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and transactions.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and finished goods.
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier specifications.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including proper storage and rotation.
Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
Communicate effectively with production, quality, and logistics teams regarding material flow.
