Job summary

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain organized inventory, run cycle counts, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely movement of goods. Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting shipments and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, including labeling and creating shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain organized inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
