Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a Director of Sales to drive revenue by leading end-to-end sales, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management offerings. You will build pipelines, develop strategic accounts, and coordinate with delivery, product, and partners. This remote role must be based in the greater Seattle area.

You will work with executives to shape proposals and close complex deals, aligning with company priorities and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or commercial leadership.
• Strong experience with ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles from lead to close.
• Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading sales teams and developing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and growth.
• Build a healthy pipeline across target industries and regions.
• Lead negotiations and prepare proposals and pricing.
