Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Proven full sales cycle management from prospecting to closure.
• Strong ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience with complex deals.
• Ability to develop pipeline, relationships, and win major opportunities.
• Experience in proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process from lead generation to signed contract.
• Develop and execute sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline across industries, accounts and regions.
• Identify new opportunities in Dynamics 365 F&SCM licenses and services.
• Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams on proposals.
