Gate Gourmet in Chantilly, VA is seeking an ERP Receiver to verify receipt of goods and ensure records match ERP entries. The role supports daily receiving, inventory accuracy, and supplier communication in a fast-paced unit environment.

The position offers full-time work with standard benefits and a focus on accurate data entry, paperwork control, and ERP coordination to support unit operations.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years clerical or data entry experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with POs, bill of lading paperwork and customer paperwork.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Match ERP PO (hard copy) with receiving vendor paperwork.
• Generate daily receiving paperwork PO and labels for next day deliveries.
• Enter quantities received in ERP and document by item.
• Communicate discrepancies between ERP PO and inbound paperwork to the unit buyer.
• Submit requests for new ERP item numbers to ERP coordinator.
• Compare ERP PO prices with receiving documents and report discrepancies.
• Manage unit's POs in ERP to ensure all are accounted for.
• Assist daily inventory back flush and coordinate with inventory team.
