Job summary

PJK Spectrum Holdings LLC in Landover, MD is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to enter receipts into our ERP system, Food Connex, and ensure pricing accuracy against bill of lading data.

You will coordinate with purchasers, track transfers, resolve discrepancies, and support the accounting team with daily manifests and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Enter receipts of inventory into ERP (Food Connex) based on bill of lading data.
• Enter receipts at correct prices and coordinate with purchasers to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter item adjustments when directed by purchasers.
• Alert purchasers to issues or shipping variances from PO.
• Schedule and track transfer trucks for inventory needs.
• Follow up with schedulers and purchasers on missing/late trucks.
• Maintain receiving manifest for stakeholders and prepare daily.
• Liaise with accounting to resolve billing disputes.
• Attend required employee meetings.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by warehouse management.

Job DetailsJob Location: PJK Spectrum Holdings LLC - Landover, MD 20785Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Responsibilities :

• Enter receipts of inventory to our ERP, Food Connex, based upon bill of lading’s submitted from the receiving dock.
• Enter receipts at correct prices, and coordinate with purchasers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Enter appropriate item adjustments when directed to by the purchasers.
• Alert purchasers when an issue has occurred, or a shipment varies from the purchase order in any fashion.
• Schedule and track all transfer trucks amongst various facilities for planned inventory needs.
• Follow up with our scheduler and purchasers on missing and late trucks.
• Maintain the company’s receiving manifest for various stakeholders and prepare it daily.
• Liaison with the accounting team to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies that arise.
• Attend all required meetings of employees.
• Complete additional functions as required/needed by warehouse management.
• Complete various other tasks as needed, related to inventory management.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to work in the United States of America and be E-Verified.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to successfully follow directions and assignments as given by management.
• Ability to work effectively with others and as a member of a team or leader.
• Ability to work in different environments (hot, refrigerated, wet, etc.).
• Ability to adapt to unique and different situations and work well under stress.

Preferences

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Warehouse Experience.
• Experience in the food service industry.
