Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in related field preferred.
• Experience with data entry, purchasing, inventory control, or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or business systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier quotes, pricing, and purchasing information into the ERP system accurately.
• Assist Buyers with data entry, documentation, and transactional purchasing activities.
• Review purchasing and material information for completeness and accuracy.
• Support Inventory Control by pulling and preparing materials for production jobs.
• Process a high volume of open jobs and material transactions.
• Maintain purchasing records and organize related documentation.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Inventory Control, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
• Research ERP data and supporting docs to resolve discrepancies.
