Ideal Aerosmith, a leading provider of aerospace test systems, is seeking a Purchasing Data Specialist in Grand Forks, ND. The role focuses on data entry, purchasing support, and ERP transactions to keep supplier information accurate and ready for job requirements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high volumes while coordinating with Buyers, Inventory Control, and Accounting. Prior experience in data entry and a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, inventory, or business systems preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; passport required.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency or protected status per contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier quotes, pricing, and other purchasing information into the ERP system.
• Assist Buyers with data entry, documentation, and transactional purchasing activities.
• Review purchasing and material information for completeness and accuracy; identify missing information.
• Support Inventory Control by pulling and preparing materials for production jobs.
• Process a high volume of open jobs and material transactions.
• Perform ERP transactions to maintain material and purchasing records.
• Organize and maintain purchasing documentation, quotes, and records.
• Gather information for Buyers, Inventory Control, Accounting, Manufacturing and other teams.
