Job summary

Scheels is seeking a Line Specialist at our Fargo campus to maintain product data, enter UPCs, and support purchasing processes. You will work closely with vendors and the Line Leader team to ensure accurate data entry and timely PO creation, while handling clerical tasks and daily reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising or related field, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with AS400, Excel, and Gmail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising, Apparel Studies, or related field.
• Senior status to apply.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter UPCs and other items into Scheels systems accurately and timely.
• Create purchase orders for all Scheels locations.
• Review data for deficiencies and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide campus Receptionist team support by routing vendor/customer calls.
• Maintain organized workspace and summarize data for standardized reports.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
