Job summary

Focus GTS is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology-focused projects, including a multi-year ERP implementation, from concept through implementation with on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will partner cross-functionally, build stakeholder relationships, drive solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives while promoting proactive communication and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in business solutions.
• 2 years of Oracle Fusion experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and communication updates.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate project status.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
