Job summary

Medix, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple ERP and enterprise application projects from planning through implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across HR/HCM, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and Operations.

The role requires strong stakeholder and vendor management, risk and schedule management, and ongoing governance and communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• ERP project experience including implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, or optimizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with business/functional and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP functions such as HR/HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Workday project experience is highly preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience in a large organization.
• PMP certification or comparable formal project management methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ERP and enterprise application projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR/HCM, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish priorities and maintain project alignment.
• Manage third-party vendors and coordinate activities between external partners and internal teams.
• Identify project risks and roadblocks and drive issues through resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage competing priorities within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Support organizational readiness and change associated with new technology and business processes.
• Quickly become embedded in new initiatives and understand downstream impacts across the broader ERP ecosystem.
