Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Demonstrated ERP implementations, upgrades, or major core business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and core business application initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business segments and technical teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Ensure alignment with governance, change management, and release processes.
• Drive transition from project delivery to business adoption and value realization.
• Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders including IT leadership and business partners.
• Provide clear communication on status, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate technical details into business-relevant insights for decision-making.
• Facilitate alignment across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to IT project management practices, standards, and tools.
• Mentor and support project managers, technical leads, and business analysts.
