Job summary

Tournesol Siteworks, LLC in Port Orchard, WA, or Jurupa Valley, CA, is seeking a Project Coordinator at our manufacturing facility. You will coordinate orders from production through delivery to ensure successful projects.

You’ll support the sales team and customers, interfacing with clients, production, accounting and sales via phone, email and CRM/ERP programs. Occasional travel to other sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in project coordination
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite) preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders into ERP (NetSuite)
• Update orders and track changes across platforms
• Answer calls and emails related to product or orders
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to confirm details
• Coordinate payments with customers for accounting
• Track delivery and freight arrangements
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders
• Support other team members as needed
