Job summary

GeoEngineers is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator in Redmond, WA to manage the ERP project accounting database and support the Project Accounting Manager. The role emphasizes data quality, client billing support, and documentation compliance.

You will train staff on project accounting processes, assist with electronic billing, and participate in system changes, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in corporate accounting; professional services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong ERP experience; Deltek VantagePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily entry of project and client information into the ERP system with QA/QC checks.
• Build and run standard and customized queries and reports to support project accounting needs.
• Maintain project accounting database processes, documentation, and procedures.
