Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO and drive governance execution, metrics, and cross-program coordination for the I-ERP program. You will support regional and global governance, prepare content, and maintain CRAID logs while ensuring timely follow-ups and clear executive insights.

The role requires detail orientation, comfort with ambiguity, and strong communication to translate complex program data into concise narratives for leadership. This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in ERP/enterprise transformations.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums and reporting.
• Strong data accuracy focus with KPI/metrics reporting.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support governance forums (Global/Regional L2), coordinating logistics and follow-ups.
• Capture decisions, publish minutes, and track action owners to closure.
• Develop executive governance materials and dashboards.
• Support cross-program dependency tracking and regional inputs for release plans.
• Manage CRAID log and ensure items have owners and due dates.
• Help build and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports in Jira/Confluence/PowerBI.
