Job summary

Ford in Dearborn seeks a Project Manager to join the PMO, driving governance execution, metric reporting, and cross-program coordination for the I-ERP transformation. You will own day-to-day PMO execution, support governance forums, and maintain dashboards and CRAID logs.

This hybrid role emphasizes clear executive messaging and proactive risk management. The role requires 4+ years in PMO/ERP programs, strong data skills, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in project/program management or PMO roles, ideally in ERP/enterprise transformation.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums.
• Experience defining, collecting, and reporting program metrics and KPIs with accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence dashboards, filters, and reporting.
• Understanding of CRAID/RAID registers and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Support governance forums by preparing content, coordinating logistics, and driving follow-through.
• Collect, validate, and publish program-level metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Release Management and PDO teams on integrated plans and schedules.
• Consolidate scope, milestones, capacity, and readiness inputs for workstreams and PDO teams.
• Identify, document, and track cross-program dependencies and escalations.
• Manage the CRAID log with owners, due dates, and status; report trends to leadership.
