Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC, based in Buffalo, NY, seeks a Manager, PMO to lead the global portfolio of technology programs, including ERP modernization and e-commerce initiatives. This on-site role collaborates across IT to govern delivery and optimize outcomes.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, Agile/SAFe, and hands-on experience building dashboards and portfolio tools. You will mentor PMO staff, design governance artifacts, and manage budgets in a fast-changing retail tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or a closely related field.
Experience leading PMO or portfolio staff and governance.
Experience delivering complex, multi-system IT programs (ERP, e-commerce, data platforms).

Responsibilities

Design intake/evaluation and prioritization process for technology initiatives.
Direct planning and execution oversight of complex IT programs such as ERP implementations and data migrations.
Architect and build PMO's portfolio management platforms and dashboards.
Develop automated dashboards and data models for leadership visibility.
Manage technology portfolio budgets, forecasts and vendor statements of work.
Lead, mentor PMO staff and establish governance artifacts.
Keep sensitive matters confidential.
Other duties as assigned.
