Ford Motor Company is seeking a Program Manager for Ford Racing to oversee timing, milestones, and cross‑functional collaboration on high‑performance vehicle programs. You will engage with senior leaders and manage GPDS deliverables across concept through production readiness.

The ideal candidate has OEM program management experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive issues to closure without direct authority in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model with onsite expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience in automotive product development, program management, program controls or planning, design and release, manufacturing engineering, or launch.

Responsabilités

• Support program timing, workplans, and GPDS deliverables from concept to production readiness.
• Lead core program forums (Steering Team, AARs, Engineering Management Meetings).
• Build and deliver program health reporting, status, and risk summaries with clear leadership recommendations.
• Maintain program assumptions and facilitate reviews; support milestone papers and studies with current data.
• Support sourcing and launch readiness with Purchasing and cross-functional partners.
