Job summary

Mini-Circuits in New York seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementation efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align deliverables with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of PM experience, ERP exposure, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably with ERP implementations.
• Experience with vendor management and third-party relationships.
• Experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with procurement processes including purchase orders and invoice management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and track project financials.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities for the ERP implementation project.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee vendor management processes, including: Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs); Review, validation, and processing of vendor invoices; Ensuring alignment between contracted deliverables and billed services.
• Manage integration with ancillary systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements, dependencies, and testing strategies.
• Monitor project budget, track expenses, and support financial reporting.
• Identify project risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices.
• Support change management and user adoption efforts as needed.
