Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP initiatives for a long-term onsite engagement in Dimondale, MI. This role is ideal for a seasoned PM with a strong background in Oracle/SAP ERP, enterprise project delivery, and managing complex, high-budget programs.

💵 Rate: $60/hr on W2 | $65/hr on C2C

🛂 Work Authorization: Open to C2C and all visa types

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global ERP project initiatives, managing cross-functional teams of 20+ members
• Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Manage large project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Utilize project portfolio management tools to track progress and performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams

Top Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle/SAP ERP experience, including global ERP project management with budgets exceeding $750M
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience using industry standards and best practices
• 7+ years managing project budgets, schedules, risk/issue logs, and change management in a formal PM role
• 5+ years of experience with Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., Clarity)
• 5+ years of advanced working knowledge of MS Project
• PMP certification highly desired
