Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably with ERP implementations.
  • Experience with vendor management and third-party relationships.
  • Experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with procurement processes including purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and track project financials.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Oversee vendor management processes, including: Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs); Review, validation, and processing of vendor invoices; Ensuring alignment between contracted deliverables and billed services.
  • Manage integration with ancillary systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements, dependencies, and testing strategies.
  • Monitor project budget, track expenses, and support financial reporting.
  • Identify project risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution.
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts as needed.

Job description

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in complex system implementations.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Function:
