Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions LLC in New York is seeking a Senior ERP Program Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals. You'll coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project managers, guiding cross-functional teams and directing data migration, integrations, UAT, and training to drive adoption.

Strong emphasis on risk management, budgeting, reporting KPIs, and maintaining quality standards across

Qualifications

7+ years in complex ERP or CRM implementations including SAP.
3–5 years of SAP project experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing both on-premises and cloud deployments.
Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem components (S/4HANA, Ariba, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, SAC).
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets; Agile/Waterfall/hybrid.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage ERP implementation plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors; manage risks and changes.
Lead cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, consultants, and testers.
Oversee data migration, integrations, UAT, and training for adoption.
Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
