Job description

Technical Delivery PM for end to end ERP initiatives to support migration, integration and implementation initiatives.

3 days onsite in Westchester County, NY

Our direct global client is seeking a PM to lead and oversee Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program initiatives.

This person will own delivery across open projects, with a heavy focus ERP integrations.

This isn't a status-taker role. We want someone who can walk into a portfolio of in-flight projects, figure out where things really stand, build a real plan, and then drive the team to execute.

What you'll do

  • In your first few months, you'll review open projects and put structure around them. That means building work breakdown structures and milestone-based plans with committed dates that both the team and the business have agreed to.
  • From there, you'll run the delivery rhythm. You'll lead internal status meetings, keep a RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) current, and report status up to leadership in a clear, honest way. That includes flagging risks with mitigation plans, calling out when we need more resources, and pushing for decisions when the team is blocked.
  • Will be responsible for collaborating with and managing the Implementation Partner and their team bridging the gap between the internal business stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
  • PM for 3rd party ERP integration solutions
  • Longer term, success looks like a portfolio that runs predictably. Projects hit their dates, or if they don't, everyone saw it coming and agreed on the tradeoff.
  • Set expectations to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Understanding the data and integration involved in complex implementations
  • Includes; Project Planning and Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Vendor and Management Consulting Coordination, ERP Oversight, Risk Management, QA, Training and Change Management, Documentation

What we're looking for

  • A proven track record as a technical program / project manager or delivery lead running enterprise application projects, with real ownership of plans, timelines, and outcomes
  • Experience with Supply Chain solutions
  • Experience leading integration implementation projects
  • Experience with complex technical environments and migrating data
  • Excellent communications skills especially in challenging environments
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, data and process flows
  • Strong command of project fundamentals: WBS, milestone planning, RAID management, risk mitigation, and executive status reporting
  • A bias for action and the confidence to hold both technical teams and business stakeholders to commitments
  • Clear, direct communication and ability to deliver
  • Oracle ERP experience (Oracle Cloud, Fusion)
