Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ERP and data platform initiatives in Houston. You will own end-to-end planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate UAT and governance with D&A and PMO teams.

The role requires 7+ years in complex enterprise programs, strong data-mapping skills, and proficiency with ERP tooling. This on-site position emphasizes delivering on-time milestones and clear stakeholder communication.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management delivering complex enterprise programs, preferably ERP implementations or integrations.
• Hands-on data mapping and integration workflow experience with Lakehouse concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in executive forums.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths (Gantt charts).
• Track dependencies across D&A and the Project Independence Team; manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution, including test scope, entry/exit criteria, schedules, defect triage, and signoffs.
• Represent D&A in ERP program meetings and status updates; ensure D&A timelines and dependencies are identified and managed.
• Drive delivery cadence: status reporting, standups, stakeholder readouts, and executive updates; ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping from ERP modules to the Lakehouse, including lineage and transformation notes.
• Collaborate with the PMO on RICEFW to align reports, integrations, conversions, and workflows with user needs.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for data engineers; maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with data engineering on integration patterns, migration sequencing, and reconciliation plans.
• Support data quality validations and UAT defect resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, change requests, and audit-ready artifacts.
