Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead data and analytics initiatives in a large enterprise. The role requires collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams to drive projects from conception through implementation.

You will manage end-to-end data, analytics, and reporting initiatives, work with stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable plans, and ensure governance, security, and alignment with enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience leading data and analytics projects in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks).
• Familiar with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI and/or Tableau).
• Experience with governance, compliance, and delivery processes in large global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data, analytics, and reporting project delivery.
• Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into plans and technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements.
• Coordinate with data engineers, architects, and reporting teams for delivery.
• Work with offshore teams in India to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and IT.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
• Provide milestone updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and security standards.
• Drive adoption and change management activities for delivered solutions.
