Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a complex ERP integration in the Houston area. You will build plans, coordinate UAT, and manage cross-functional teams across D&A and ERP vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of ERP program experience, Oracle Fusion proficiency, and strong communication. The role offers on-site collaboration, governance, and opportunities to shape data migration and reporting strategy for go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management delivering complex ERP programs.
• Strong Oracle Fusion ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with UAT, cross-team dependencies, and driving delivery in cloud/data platform environments under formal change management practices.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping and integration workflows; familiarity with Lakehouse concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to represent D&A in executive and program forums.
• Proficiency with Project Management and collaboration tools (MS Project or Smartsheet, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones and critical paths.
• Track dependencies and manage RAID logs across teams.
• Coordinate UAT planning, scope, schedules, defect triage, and signoffs.
• Represent D&A in ERP program meetings and ensure timelines are identified and managed.
• Collaborate on Change Management and governance artifacts for go-live readiness.
• Drive delivery cadence: status reporting, standups, stakeholder readouts, and executive updates.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping from ERP modules to the Lakehouse with lineage notes.
• Understand and document RICEFW requirements for reports, integrations, and forms.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for data engineers with a groomed backlog.
• Partner with data engineering on integration patterns and migration sequencing.
• Support data quality validations and UAT defect resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and audit-ready artifacts.
