Job summary

PROPWR in Houston, TX, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. You will manage system implementation and enhancement projects (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Real-time platforms), coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are on time and within budget.

The role requires strong governance, SDLC and project management expertise, and experience with data migration, testing, and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, PM, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system implementation and improvement projects (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Real-time).
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate IT, business units, vendors, and consultants for seamless integration.
• Oversee requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, and training.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor capacity, performance, and SLAs.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Support QA, testing, and validation of deliverables.
• Assist internal customers with data integration, analytics, and reporting needs.
