Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP program delivery, aligning D&A and PMO teams, managing dependencies and UAT, and ensuring on-time go-live with clear executive updates.

The role emphasizes data mapping, integration patterns, and governance across enterprise platforms in a cloud/data environment, requiring strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM experience delivering complex ERP programs.
• Oracle Fusion ERP experience preferred; other ERPs ok if data fluency is strong.
• Experience coordinating UAT and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Hands-on data mapping and integration workflows; Lakehouse familiarity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Track dependencies across D&A and the Project Independence Team; manage RAID logs.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution, including test scope and signoffs.
• Represent D&A in ERP program meetings and status updates; manage timelines.
• Drive delivery cadence: status reporting, standups, and executive updates.
