Job summary

Refactor Talent is seeking an ERP Program Manager to lead enterprise ERP programs on a full-time basis. This remote role includes about 30% travel and requires deep expertise in ERP leadership, program management, business process optimization, and organizational change. You will own the ERP roadmap, stabilize post-implementation, and collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and HR to deliver scalable capabilities.

We’re seeking to connect an ERP Program Manager with a leading engineering and professional services company on a full-time basis. The role is remote with approximately 30% travel. As an ERP Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team and leverage your expertise in enterprise ERP leadership, program management, business process optimization, and organizational change.

• Lead an established ERP-focused team while partnering closely with Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and other business functions.
• Evaluate business processes and translate organizational needs into scalable ERP capabilities and actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience with significant responsibility for complex enterprise ERP programs or transformations.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation, stabilization, governance, optimization, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred; comparable large-scale ERP experience may also be considered.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or similar certifications are preferred.
• Experience in engineering, architecture, consulting, professional services, or another project-based organization is preferred. U.S. citizenship is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered. Background check required
