Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of program and project management experience in manufacturing or life sciences.
Experience leading large-scale programs in MES/QMS, ERP integration, and plant rollouts.
Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own and manage full lifecycle of complex programs focused on Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain apps with ERP/GT M integration.
Define objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned to plant and enterprise goals.
Develop and maintain the Manufacturing IT strategic roadmap for production scalability and efficiency.
Lead multi-site deployments, validation activities (including UAT) and cutover planning.
Drive program governance, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
