Nomura Holdings, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Lead to oversee a large-scale Global General Ledger implementation using SAP or Oracle.

The role partners with the COO to coordinate planning, execution, and governance across finance, operations, technology and external vendors. You will manage vendor relationships, maintain project plans and executive updates, escalate risks, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Formación

• 6+ years of project or program management in enterprise transformations.
• Experience in ERP/GL or finance transformation projects.
• SAP or Oracle implementations required.
• Vendor management and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the COO to plan and coordinate the GL implementation.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Prepare updates, materials, and exec-level communications.
• Facilitate meetings with owners and deadlines documented.
• Support governance and provide status visibility to leadership.
• Identify roadblocks and drive resolutions.
• Ensure accountability to timelines and deliverables.
• Support readiness, testing, deployment, and related activities.
