Job summary

Eaton’s Global Controllership team seeks a Lead Analyst for the GFA General Ledger and Projects team. The role focuses on GL governance, master data management, and reporting across Oracle R12, SAP ECC and SAP S/4, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.

The candidate will support data integrity, assist in month-end close, and collaborate with multiple Controllership workstreams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead GL governance and reporting activities across Oracle and SAP.
• Manage GL master data including chart of accounts and site/ledger information.
• Drive data quality improvements and validate reporting data.
• Support month-end close and troubleshooting of reporting/JEs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes.
