Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance, accounting, ERP, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with General Ledger, Finance, or financial systems strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting SAP or Oracle implementations/transformation.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT skills.
• Ability to document complex data flows and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology and stakeholders to understand processes.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and data sources.
• Conduct gap analyses and facilitate requirements sessions.
• Translate needs into clear requirements for project and tech teams.
• Support UAT planning, test execution and business sign-off.
• Ensure documentation and artifacts are maintained throughout the project.
