Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an ERP Product Manager to define strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for ERP-enabled finance and manufacturing processes. You will drive enterprise platform improvements across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain while partnering with leaders to maximize value.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes in a fast-changing digital environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related experience for ERP or enterprise applications.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or migrations.
• Experience partnering with engineering in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP domains.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the ERP ecosystem strategy.
• Lead prioritization and execution of ERP enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
