Responsibilities include collaborating with business units, producing BRDs and interface designs, performing data analysis, and guiding junior analysts. Travel up to 5% may be required, with hybrid on-premise and cloud environments for implementations.

Formación

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing and ERP systems.
• Experience with Manufacturing ERP systems - Infor XA/Mapics on IBM i (AS/400).
• Proficient in SQL data analysis, root cause analysis, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business units to plan and scope initiatives aligned with goals.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, extract insights for decisions.
• Create BRDs, use cases, and interface designs; communicate with tech teams.
• Define technical solutions with developers; balance usability and performance.
• Perform system setup, configuration, and testing for successful implementations.
• Identify automation opportunities and best practices to optimize processes.
• Serve as liaison between business, technology, and support teams; ensure delivery.
• Develop user manuals and conduct training to support adoption; mentor juniors.
