Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Transformation Portfolio Lead to drive clarity, alignment, and results across a high-priority transformation portfolio. Reporting to the Transformation Office, you will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, manage risks, and engage executive sponsors to secure decisive actions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in delivery roles, strong executive presence, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs in large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in project, program, or transformation delivery; 10+ preferred.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across a portfolio of complex transformation initiatives aligned to Ashley's enterprise strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Maintain delivery confidence across initiatives by proactively identifying risks, issues, and constraints, and driving resolution with initiative owners.
• Manage interdependencies across projects and elevate tradeoffs to ensure overall portfolio progress.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations for governance forums, including tradeoffs, risks, and implications.
