Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Consumer Finance Program Manager to own and optimize in-store and online financing programs. You will serve as the primary liaison with finance and payment vendors, guiding strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to launch new payment options, develop dashboards, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer finance, marketing strategy, or closely related roles.
• Experience with finance/payment vendors and/or retail credit programs is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with consumer finance and payment vendors.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies with finance partners to increase cardholder acquisition and retention.
• Lead cross-functional IT projects for online and in-store financing features.
• Own development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting for finance programs.
• Oversee consumer finance training in partnership with vendors and internal teams.
• Identify and evaluate new payment solutions and go-to-market plans.
