Job summary

Viking Electric is seeking an ERP Business Specialist to support business processes and ERP transactions across its offices. You will troubleshoot, guide users, and monitor ERP queues to keep operations moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, Excel/Office proficiency, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting business processes, sales, or accounting transactions.
• Comfort working with technology and business systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Researching and resolving business process and transaction issues.
• Processing ERP-dependent transactions, including credits and returns.
• Troubleshooting errors related to transactions such as manifests.
• Providing business and system guidance to associates and external partners.
• Monitoring ERP queues and reports for unfinished or aging tasks.
• Working with teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Helping document and improve standard operating processes.
