Job summary

Viking Electric is seeking an ERP Business Specialist to support business processes and ERP transactions across its branches. You will troubleshoot issues, guide colleagues, and monitor ERP queues to keep tasks moving. A detail‑oriented problem solver with comfort using technology will thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting business processes, sales, or accounting-related transactions.
• Comfort working with technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP-related processes across Viking Electric's branches and departments.
• Research and resolve business process and transaction issues.
• Process ERP-dependent transactions, including credit re-bills and returns.
• Troubleshoot errors related to transactions such as manifests.
• Provide business and system guidance to associates and external partners.
• Monitor ERP queues and reports for unfinished or aging tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Help document and improve standard operating processes.
